Tinelle Reno, M.S., PCCI – Primary Therapist
Tinelle has a Master’s Degree of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Career Counseling. Tinelle is working toward acquiring her license, and is registered as a Professional Clinical Counselor Intern with the BBS. She has worked for 3 years at a counseling center for the transgender (LGBTQIA) population and interned at Francis House and St. John’s. While working at Francis House, she was able to gain work experience with individuals of multiple cultures, ages and socioeconomic status.
Tinelle also has experience working at Placer County in the Employment Services department. She worked for a mental health outpatient clinic for over a year, counseling individuals with dual diagnosis that included: Schizophrenia, Major Depressive Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and Poly Substance Dependence.
Tinelle is passionate about different cultures, different lifestyles, religions and new experiences. She is excited to create a safe space for her clients to open up and explore what drives their addiction. She looks forward to helping them to discover their strengths and identity in building a new life that doesn’t include a drug/alcohol using behavior.
David Burke, LAADC-CA, IS – National Clinical Outreach
David Burke is committed to the process of recovery and shares his passion for the field by connecting a variety of people within the community. Mr. Burke strives on ensuring that all people receive the most appropriate care in the best possible setting for them. Mr. Burke has strong community relationships and works with others to build bridges for people needing help. He works with larger organizations, such as insurance companies and hospitals, as well as smaller referral sources such as private practitioners and family members. David ensures excellent communication with the entire team and approaches each situation as unique.
